På baggrund af den velsignede tid med Shangpa Rinpoche i Danmark i august 2011 inviterer vi hermed til starten af en praksisgruppe i Københavnsområdet under vejledning af Shangpa Rinpoche.

Dear Malik and Tenzin,
I wish to let you know that my entire visit and teaching in Denmark was extremely wonderful. 

Each and every single one of you is constantly in my mind. I often wonder how you all are and if everybody is keeping up well in your lives and especially with the Dharma practice.


I have one suggestion to you both, and also to the students who have attended my teachings and are residing in Copenhagen area. 

That is, all of you should keep up with some form of practice and also encourage each other in the application of the Dharma on a day to day basis. What I felt when I was in Copenhagen is that many of you have a very keen interest in the Dharma and also rather enthusiastic in adopting the dharma as an important path in your lives. 

In order to keep up and make better progress of such a noble intention, I suggest you all should set aside some time and gather to do some practice together. If possible, you can also include a little bit of Dharma Discussion. 

It can be as simple as once every two weeks so it will not much disturb your work and family commitments. The aim is to create a dharma group where the Vajra brothers and sisters can support each other in the spiritual path, gain wisdom, acquire merits and also enjoy the fabulous ambience of the spiritual environment. 
It is good if you can keep up in this way. I will try to keep track on your development wherever possible so that accordingly in my next visit, I can better plan to give more specific and relevant teachings targeted at your progress. 

So those who are spiritually connected with me and wish to do some developments spiritually can participate in these suggested activities. I will always be with you spiritually. 

Also, with the help of IT and modern gadgets, we can contact each other via Video calls.

I wish both of you, Malik and Tenzin, to make the first move and initiate these spiritual activities.
